I called Massey Roofing at 8 pm as the water was pouring in and kept filling my 5 gallon bucket, and Ty picked up. Ty was out the very next morning to tarp my roof while I waited on my insurance company. After each following rain storm he called to make sure the tarp was working and that everything was dry. When I called Ty to tell him I was ready to have my roof repair done, and needed it done quick as my HOA gave me a date I had to have my tarp off by. Ty told me he would get it right on the schedule. They had my tarp off and roof repair done in a timely manner before the date my HOA gave me. You can't even tell it's been repaired. Ty called me a few times since my roof repair was completed to check in on me and see if everything was going well with the roof repair. Their customer service is outstanding, and their quality of work is top of the line. read less
